what's that blue thing doing here?

I'm not even sure what this is, but photographing it gave me a great excuse to lay down in the grass. Not that anyone should ever need an excuse.

Maybe the subtitle should be "Snake in the Grass"? Bone, I love this blue thingy. I guess I like the blurred foregroud bringing the image into the main focal point. I also love the red contrast in the back. It's these random strange thoughts that make photos grand :). Thanks
